Shipping Policy
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing prior to shipping.
- You will automatically receive an order confirmation email when you make a purchase and will receive a separate email for shipping including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Orders $50 or more will receive free shipping for ground service delivery.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in original, unwashed and unused pristine condition with hang tag and hygiene label intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please include customer receipt with return parcel.

- On this site you can request a refund or exchange an item for a different color or size of the same style.
- After your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Once your return package is received, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Returns received after 14 days or in damaged/used condition will be rejected. You can track the status of your return at nicoleraykidso.returnscenter.com.
- Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale” or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund or Exchanges.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or adjusted if the order has already shipped. To make any changes to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. If the order has not shipped and you want to cancel your order, please contact us through our website. Please include your name, contact information and order number.
